Distinguished Alumna Award

Jane Wu founded Panorama Holdings, a real estate development and investment firm in 2014. Since Panorama’s inception, she has overseen and guided $600 million real estate transactions across multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use and hotels. Prior to establishing Panorama, Jane was an investment banker at Bank of America and Wells Fargo. 

Jane is a member of the UNC Charlotte Foundation Board, University City Partners and is active in economic development activities both locally and internationally. 

She has received several awards, including the Charlotte Business Journal Most Admired CEOs, the Belk College of Business Outstanding Young Alumna Award and the Charlotte Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters Award. 

Jane received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southwest Finance and Economy University in China. She received her master’s degree in financial engineering from UNC Charlotte and her executive MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
