-A passionate advocate for socioeconomic development and a champion for immigrant communities in Charlotte, Miriam blends her commitment to social work with an entrepreneurial spirit.

After earning a master’s degree in social work at UNC Charlotte, Miriam dedicated herself to supporting Spanish-speaking immigrant families facing mental health challenges.

Drawing on early experiences in her family’s bodega, Miriam, together with her husband Dalton, also launched Three Amigos Mexican Grill, which paved the way for the flagship concept, Sabor Latin Street Grill. Today, under Raydal Hospitality Group, they own and operate over 20 restaurants.

Miriam’s leadership resonates throughout the community as she serves on several boards dedicated to education and opportunity.
