The UNC Charlotte Alumni Association has partnered with Allen Tate to provide real estate services to our alumni. The Elite Services Program (ESP) is a program benefit for alumni who are buying or selling a home anywhere in the United States.

Mortgage Purchase Credit
- Allen Tate Mortgage offers a purchase credit on home purchase loans. Buyer and property must meet all purchase loan qualificiations and property must close to receive credit. Property must be located within NC or SC.
Household Goods Discount
- Take Advantage of discounts offered for professional moving services through our relationship with national and local moving companies. We will connect you with a households good mover who is licensed and bonded to protect your belongings and provide quality service.
