Ruda Optical
Ruda Optical is a optical design and assembly firm located in Tucson, AZ. We design custom optical and opto-mechanical systems for a wide range of industries. Our work has flown in space, taking high resolution pictures of Earth, the Moon, and other space objects, as well as help track the health of the world’s oceans. We have supported the US defense market through our custom optical systems. Ruda has two UNC Charlotte alumni as employees. They are proud to apply, everyday, the precision engineering principles learned at UNC Charlotte and the Center for Precision Metrology to the specialized, high tech, complex work that Ruda does.
